Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

This DPA forms part of the Terms of Service between the customer (controller) and Langhoor Marchal Consultancy (processor).

Processing

• Purpose: hosting of platform services, AI scoring, transactional email.
• Categories of data: business contact data, publicly available website data, scan results.
• Region: EU only (primary storage in EU-Central, Frankfurt).
• Retention: minimum necessary; user account data until deletion is requested.

Security

ISO/IEC 27001-equivalent controls, AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, field-level encryption for PII, EU AI Act compliance, 15-layer Citadel Defense architecture.

Breach notification

Notification within 72 hours via privacy@shoppingpartnerlab.com.
